    I have been frequenting snack shack since the new remodel and let me tell ya! Fantastic burgers! 7.99 for  a perfectly cooked burger on a nicely toasted buns with fresh fixings. Not to mention the fry sauce reminds me of the old Redding staple PAC-Out. The staff is friendly and inviting. Very comfortable cozy vibe. Highly recommended. Thanks again for the wonderful service and great food!

    1st time customers
    Great burgers
    Came 20 minutes before closing
    Didn't know it'd upset the employees that much
    So for the entire time of us waiting for our order, we had to listen to all three employees complaining about us customers that come in late
    I support local businesses whenever I can but it's unfortunate when you run into a situation like this  
    The food makes me want to come back but the service does not unfortunately
    Employees should be mindful of their surroundings and make sure any personal opinions and comments should be out of earshot of customers

    I really wanted to like this place. But I just can't. I went for lunch and ordered a cheeseburger and fries to go. While waiting for someone to take my order, I got to see their food prep procedures. I should have left before ordering due to what I saw. The employee who was putting together the food was so sloppy! She really needs lessons on proper food handling. Slamming a hamburger or sandwich together while wearing no gloves, wiping her hands over and over again on her apron - the apron was filthy and crusted with food. No hair nets, no gloves, no clean looking surface that I could see. Unfortunately there were also a good amount of flies in the dining area. And then the food came....the burger was smashed together and very flat. I've had better combo meals from Burger King. The fries were soggy and had zero salt - so I got to taste exactly what the fryer oil tastes like (not good FYI). So ya, I love to support local businesses but this place made it really hard to do so.
